Our turnaround time is flexible. In most cases we can turnaround in order in as little as 1 - 2 business days. Our standard turnaround is 3 - 5 business days.
We pride ourselves in not making you wait, and can meet your last minute deadlines. Turnaround time may vary depending on quantity, difficulty of order,
and how busy current production levels are.

The completion date of the project will be determined when final proofs are approved and payment is received for your order. We do not begin production until final
proofs are approved or order supplies and apparel until payment is received in full, unless other payment agreements have been made.


Shipping time is not included in turnaround time unless specified during order processing.

Liet Unlimited will ship your order via FedEx Ground or FedEx International Ground unless a specific shipping method is requested or shipping account is to be used.

We are not responsible for unforeseen delays with shipping carriers that are beyond our control and effect the expected delivery date.
(ex : weather delays, natural disaster, holidays, etc)

International shipments may be subject a border delay, GST duties, or brokerage charges at the buyers expense. Liet Unlimited is NOT responsible or in
control of these charges.

Shipping charges may be included in your invoice or charged separately after the order is shipped. We will always notify you of a charge to expect during the quoting process.
Customers are responsible for shipping / freight charges on all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.


We accept rush orders to be flexible and meet our clients needs. In most cases we can turnaround orders in as little as 1 - 2 business days.
Please do not over use our rush order service as it is intended to be available when you need it most.

If you need your order last minute, or by a specific deadline, ask us and we will let you know all the options available to you. For rush orders, we do not order
products or begin production until payment is received in full.

Liet Unlimited LLC reserves the right to charge a rush order fee depending on quantity or deadline of order if the project will put current production behind or
cause 'overtime' printing to occur.


All artwork, and services provided by Liet Unlimited LLC remain the property of Liet Unlimited LLC unless written permission is granted by our designers.
We offer free help transferring digital & non - digital designs into a printable format. We can remake logos when the original vector files are no longer available
and new files are needed.

We are always happy to send you files of your logos / artwork to use as you need for other projects.
Simply email us with a request for your files, and any additional help or changes you need to size, color, format for intended use.


Please submit digital / vector artwork files in the following formats to our designers :

.PDF        .AI        .PSD        .EPS        .JPEG        .GIF        .TIFF

If your file does not have one of the above ending extensions. Send us any files you have that we can use to recreate artwork in a vector format for you.

We can print up to (6) different ink colors per design with endless custom graphic placement options. Custom ink color matching available upon request.

We only charge $5.00 per screen ink color changes to graphics. Reorders of previous projects receive a 50% discount on all set up costs.
We do not charge extra for choosing multiple apparel colors to be printed with the same ink colors.  

Screen set up costs are based off # of ink colors per design. We charge $10.00 per screen / color. (ex : (3) color graphic  =  (3) screens needed  =  $30.00 screen set up)

Business cards, brochures, and some other promotional products not produced in house by Liet Unlimited are ordered through our selected specialty
high quality offset printing or digital printing suppliers.


As soon as we receive your order or request for a quote you will hear back from us within 48 hours with any follow up questions or information we need to complete
the order or quote. Once we have gathered all the information for the quote, we will build a free customized quote & mock ups for all order specifications
and costs associated with the order.

Any design work needed, mock ups, and changes happen here. We can send as many quotes as you need for apparel style cost comparisons, etc.
When you receive our quote, please read through ALL details to catch any possible errors in the order. Liet Unlimited is not responsible for errors if the order
has been approved and finalized and sent to production by the customer.

After you approve your final quote it will be converted into a invoice & proof package for you to make final adjustments to your order. After the final invoice & proofs
have been approved, we make arrangements for what form of payment you would like to use. After we receive payment, we will order apparel, products,
and supplies needed for you order and specify the date when your order with be ready.


We have a standard price list that we use when quoting all design work / screen printing or vinyl cut orders.
All costs ARE negotiable and subject to change depending on project level of difficulty, and final intended use services provided by Liet Unlimited.

Quantity discounts if any will be applied to all orders during the quoting process. We do not have a minimum quantity for any screen print or vinyl orders.

Non - profit orders or orders needing sponsorship are always welcome and will be given appropriate discount printing & set up rates.

Apparel prices change throughout the year @ the control of our wholesalers and are subject to change with out notice. Once production has begun the total costs agreed
upon by both parties will not change unless the order is changed and additional changes & charges are approved by both parties.


We accept payments by cash, check, credit / debit cards, wire transfer, Quickbooks, and payment via PayPal.

Orders paid via PayPal must use a form of "instant" payment.
Customers are responsible for currency conversion fees if payments are not received in USD funds or the payment may be rejected.

Credit / debit cards are currently processed online via Quickbooks or Liet Unlimited LLC PayPal.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment and can pay as a guest. Wire transfer / ACH information available upon request.
